End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Omar Shahine (“Developer”) for HomeClaw (“App”).
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
- Remove any proprietary notices from the App
3. HomeKit Data
The App accesses your Apple HomeKit data solely to display and control your smart home accessories. All HomeKit data remains local to your device. The Developer does not collect, store, or transmit any of your HomeKit data.
4. Third-Party Integrations
The App provides a CLI tool and MCP server that enable third-party AI assistants to interact with your HomeKit accessories. These integrations operate entirely on your local device. The Developer is not responsible for the behavior of third-party AI assistants or services.
5. No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGE TO YOUR SMART HOME DEVICES OR PROPERTY.
7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
