What’s New
Version 1.0.5 · October 2026
Calendar alongside your tasks See Today’s events in Day bar or Timeline. Turn on Calendar in Settings and choose your calendars.
Schedule a reminder time Choose a date and optional time directly in Schedule. Move in 15-minute steps or choose an exact time. Adding a time sets an Apple Reminders alert; turning Time off keeps the date and removes time-based alerts.
Choose what stays visible Hide completed tasks in widgets independently of the app. Hide moved tasks’ crossed-out Today copies while keeping the actual tasks visible on their scheduled day.
Widgets that fit your day With daily quotes enabled, finish Today’s tasks to see the day’s quote in your widget. Roomier widget rows on iPhone and iPad adapt to the available space and text size.
Fixes and refinements Date-only changes in Task Details clear old timed alerts in Apple Reminders. Failed edits preserve the original reminder, with more reliable completion and undo after iCloud sync.
Smoother editing of long titles, without overlapping text or list jumps. Completed tasks disappear cleanly when hidden. Reorder tasks within lists and each date group. In Calendar Timeline, only Anytime tasks reorder; timed tasks stay chronological.
Cleaner card shadows and more polished search on iPhone and iPad. Task actions are now available from the context menu on search results. The Settings button is more responsive, and scheduling controls are cleaner on Mac.
Version 1.0.4 · September 2026
Editing that gives you room Edit task titles right in your list. Longer titles expand across multiple lines, with more space and fewer distractions while you type.
Faster scheduling Swipe right for Tomorrow or Today. Swipe left for Schedule or Someday, with Undo for quick moves. The scheduling dialog includes Later This Week and Next Week, which starts on Monday.
More flexible repeats Set reminders to repeat every two weeks or create a custom schedule directly in Daycard.
Quick actions on Mac Hover over a task in Today to reveal scheduling shortcuts. The Mac scheduling dialog also has a cleaner layout.
Links, lists, and Undo Open links directly from task notes, manage your Reminders lists, and undo accidental task status changes.
Fixes and refinements More reliable rescheduling, smoother editing, and fixes for the Mac first-click flash. Small and medium widgets now respect your task-number setting.
Version 1.0.3 · September 2026
- Keep unfinished tasks first: Settings > Marking off now includes Move completed tasks to bottom. The app and widgets share this option. It is off by default and preserves your manual order when a task is reopened.
- Cleaner task rows: due dates and the Add a task microphone align with the right edge, with list dots to the left. Widgets use the same layout.
- Create a new Reminders list directly in Daycard: open Lists and tap +.
- Show or hide task numbers: turn off Show task numbers in Settings > The card. Numbered widgets follow your choice.
